The winery grows its vines under climate, altitude, and ideal geographic conditions for producing wine. Today, about 600 dunams of vineyards are planted in the area with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling (white), Gewürztraminer, Roussanne, and Viognier. The winery produces about 40,000 bottles per year! The climate conditions, the temperature differences between day and night, chalk soil, the vineyard slopes, the altitude—over 900 meters above sea level—and more are what are responsible for producing wine like no other, with its unique taste. At the center of "Gush Etzion Wineries" you can also find: a dairy restaurant with fish under an exquisite level of kosher supervision, open from the morning into the night. A tasting room with a special design that serves as part of the tour route, as well as for private and exclusive hosting for up to 50 people. A beautiful events garden in the center of the grove of the forest, intended for about 250 people. The lovely venue is suitable for private celebrations such as a wedding, a bar/bat mitzvah, and also for a large group that will enjoy the well-known quality of the restaurant.
