Contractual information for car-rental, hotel and travel-service requests

1. Services
Elynor Tours provides assistance with car rental, hotel bookings and related travel services, acting as an intermediary between the customer and selected providers.
Specific conditions from hotels, rental companies or local partners may also apply and will be communicated when relevant.
2. Quote and booking process
- A request submitted through the website, email, phone or WhatsApp is a quote request and does not automatically confirm a booking.
- A booking becomes confirmed only after acceptance of the proposal, required payment and written confirmation from Elynor Tours.
- The customer must verify names, dates, services, options and conditions shown in the confirmation.
3. Prices and payments
Prices may vary according to season, availability, duration, destination, selected options and partner conditions.
Payment terms, deposits, balance deadlines and accepted payment methods are specified in the quote or confirmation.
4. Changes and cancellations
Any change or cancellation request must be sent in writing. Fees may apply depending on timing, availability and provider rules.
Promotional fares, high-season periods or special packages may have stricter cancellation terms.
5. Customer obligations
- The customer is responsible for valid travel documents, driving license, credit card requirements and compliance with local regulations.
- For car rental, the customer must check the vehicle condition at pickup and respect the rental agreement.
- For accommodation, the customer must respect hotel rules and settle extras directly when applicable.
6. Liability and assistance
Elynor Tours is responsible for performing its intermediary role with care. Service providers remain responsible for the services they deliver.
Elynor Tours assists customers before, during and after the trip within the limits of the confirmed service.
